Documentum Webtop how to restrict printing

If a user has read access to a file(pdf) , is there any way in Webtop (16.7) to prevent the user from saving/printing the file?

    Not out-of-the-box. D2 on the other hand has an add-on called C2 which provides print control and many other PDF-related features.
