Help CTS Tranforms thumbnails jpg

I've been uploading photos to Documentum for a while, we've taken the time so that the photos are correctly oriented (horizontal or vertical) but when generating the Renditions (jpeg_story, jpeg_th, jpeg_th, jpeg_th) some of them appear rotated (90,180,270 degrees). The original photograph retains its orientation.

Is there any way to tell why this CTS transformation changes the orientation of the images and causes this rotation automatically.

Llevo un tiempo cargando fotografías a Documentum , nos hemos tomado el tiempo para que las fotografías estén correctamente orientadas (horizontal o vertical) pero al generar las Renditions (jpeg_story, jpeg_th, jpeg_th, jpeg_th) algunas de ellas aparecen rotadas (90,180,270 grados ) . La fotografía original conserva su orientación.

Hay alguna forma de saber por qué esta transformación CTS cambia la orientación de las imágenes y causa esta rotación de forma automática.
