How to apply filterPatterns in customer-teamsite-resource-config.xml

We need to create a workflow that should only deploy the files from a particular folder. we give the regular expression ^(//[^/]+)?/default/main/ProcterGamble/WORKAREA/bgGlobal/assets/.*
in order to restrict the deployment.
But this filter is not working, we can able to deploy any files in any folder.

can i apply the filter at folder level?

Can any one give a solution for this.

Try to use this:
/default/main/ProcterGamble/WORKAREA/bgGlobal/assets/.*

It means it works for branch and sub-branch. Because its works for me upto sub-branch level.
You may try it upto branch or sub-branch:
/default/main/ProcterGamble/.*

Check it now.

But in our case all pages and assests in the same branch.We need to restrict deployment of pages.
