Experience with migrating Oracle Docbase to SQLServer

We are exploring the migration our Oracle based Docbase to SQLServer. We are hoping to get others experience and input for this type of migration. Some of the things we would like to understand include :

Was the Microsoft SSMA migration utility used?

What types of issues were encountered and how were they overcome?

Did it go live and were there post go live issues?

Any issues with OpenText not providing support due to the migration?

Did OpenText services perform the migration?

Were documents/ history migrated to a new SQLServer based Docbase instead using migration tools such as FME Migration Center?

Any information would be very helpful!

Yes, Opentext Professional Services performs this DB migration activities using internal solution named as EMA. If Opentext services completes the migration, Opentext Product Support completely supports the environment.
If the migration is done by external providers and Opentext Product Support may not assist on any migration related issues and issues might be pushed to Limited Support category. You can engage your Opentext Accounts Manager for more details on this.
