Workflow - Submission

i would like to configure the workflow to "Write down some info of the submitted page to a text file, after submitted pages approved".

Could anyone teach me how to do this in wft file?

If you want the text file annotated after approval - you would do that within the external task script - not within the WFT.

Also - fix the code:

...
open (MYFILE, 'data.txt');
print MYFILE "Bob\n";
close (MYFILE); 
...

You need to provide a fully qualified path to "data.txt", otherwise you won't know where the file is being created. I'd also recommend being explicit about the mode for the file being opened - i.e.:

open(MYFILE, '>',  '/path/to/data.txt');

However, the logic the above implies is questionable, since you probably really want to append ('>>') to the file, and you'll probably want to preface the text with either a full date/time string or the jobid/taskid information (or both), otherwise you have no idea what's happening if more than one instance of this workflow has been run.

In addition, you'll probably want to add some locking/looping logic so that you don't have to distinct processes attempting to update the same file at the same time.

You can try to look at the external_task_test.wft in
iw-home\local\config\wft\examples and then modify that file to suit your needs.
