links with sys_id, seem to not be working right now. Maybe try this.

1. goto https://support.opentext.com/community?id=community_forum_list or https://support.opentext.com/community?id=community_home
2. From there, you should be able to filter to Documentum. Its under Content Services Platform, then Documentum
