There are two services in our DMS UAT environment that failed to start in our system, resulting disruption to our testing.
We recently encountered an error message while attempting to start the following services:
Documentum Docbase Service
Documentum Docbroker Service
The error message we received was “Error 1053: The service did not respond to start or control request in a timely fashion”. Our team tried to resolve the issue, but unfortunately we were not able to fix it.
