Page Preview error

When I preview a SitePublisher page, I get an internal server error as follows

" Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, you@yourdomain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. "

What can this be due to? I was not getting this error before

I checked error.log, but there is no mention of this file

We have a Standby TS 7.0 on Windows 2003 server. We're unable to preview SitePublisher components, templates or pages. The livesite.preview.log includes these messages:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/interwoven/ui/teamsite/admin/api/Location

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.admin.api.Location

The "build" in livesite_customer_src has been successful.

We are not having this problem on our Primary TS 7.0 server. Where can I find com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.admin.api.Location? What should I copy from the Primary server to the Standby server?

Thoughts?

Do any of your components works ? Try the ones on the component-guide branch. Also, when I had a problem similar to this, I founnd that things previewed when I used a different layout and debugged from there.

It could be our custom code, Piyu, but here's what I'm running into when clicking on a built-in page such as /default/main/component-guide/WORKAREA/shared/sites/Component+Guide/Page+Element/Button/Advanced+Button.page:

Thanks, Andy. I finally figured it out. I needed to copy the following 2 files from our Primary TS server to our Standby TS server:

\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\webapps\iw-preview\WEB-INF\lib\base.jar

\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\webapps\iw-preview\WEB-INF\lib\teamsite_admin.jar

Why the installation process had skipped these babies is beyond me. I'm suspecting these files were copied into place manually on the Primary server too.
