we have webinar files folder in TS, which is a combination of html, flv and swf files. The users can open this html files from which the swf file play with the video and other details.

But this file does work inside TS , when we open from workarea and staging area.

This file link doesn't work from TS preview link, which should be same as staging area, is it not.

Why is this happening, experts please advice.

Which preview link? When you say it works when opened inside workarea / staging -- what does that mean? Does it work in *edit* mode? Are your .html files open up in a text editor or DCT?

it works fine when i click the HTML file in my workarea/staging area , the related swf video plays. i haven't edited those files as there is no need for it.

where as there is a preview link which is seperate link, from which the external users can preview the website to see if all links are working fine, so that link is breaking.
