Open deploy --concurrecy issues ?

Hi,
We are getting this error when we tried the deployments

Could some of throw some lights to this error,

We are using the same configuration to deploy to different enviroments,
In this case, I noticed that the same configuration is used in another instance at the same time.
Is this some thing to do with the concurrency control,

Can you please post your entire log info.

To resolve concurrency issue, pass job id to the deployment instance(like -inst jobid)
