New Site and New Page wizard results using CLTs or scripts

TS versions 16.6.1.4, 22.4

In general, are there any existing CLTs or other tools that can replicate the results of the New Site and New Page wizards in CCPro?

Similar to how iwmkbr and iwmkwa can create new branches and workareas respectively.

We create new subsites and index pages for new branches following a set design that could presumably be scripted instead of going through the wizards. (This is before our content creators customize the pages for the particular subsite.)

Unfortunately, as of now, there is no specific CLT/script for the mentioned wizards. The functionalities New Site and New Page are only available OOTB through TeamSite UI itself.
