Newly created actions(action bar buttons, fields) not visible in runtime

Hello guys,

since a moment i can not see my actions(buttons,fields) newly created in runtime.
so far i cleaned the app server cache, i also deleted the solution then republish it again but the problem persist.

Need your help to fix the problem.
