We are currently migrating "small" docbases (max 400k documents) from dctm 6.7 to a new 21.1 platform. New Documentum is running on a private Cloud and documents are stored on a private S3 storage.
Those migrations, using the Migrate Content job, take up to a few hours.
Our concern is regarding larger docbases with 400M+ documents that could take up to a whole week to migrate. We are thinking about doing multiple delta migrations, playing with archiving filestores. We also wonder if there could be a way to migrate the documents using the aws cli, which seems to be so much faster than using Migrate Content, then update the file path?
