How to subscribe for Magellan BI and Reporting project?

After signing up for developer free trial, we get access to ‘https://na-1-dev.api.opentext.com’ URL but it doesn’t has subscription for Magellan BI and Reporting. As per the documentation available, BI Reporting is available for ‘https://ca.api.opentext.com’ URL. How to get access to this?
