Question about the components...

Do I need LiveSite and SitePublisher to create component and run them ?
Can I use SitePublisher only to make dynamic components ?

Thanks

Generally speaking, for static components SP should suffice; however for dynamic components you'll need LS.

If I don't want to buy LiveSite license... Is this a big step to make the ''brige'' between SitePub and the Databases ?

Elaborate on your needs. Without LiveSite, you'll have to come up with your own solution to provide truely dynamic/targeted/personalized functionality (on the runtime side) to the website visitor.

You may want to contact your Autonomy Interwoven rep to get some questions answered.
