Documentum upgrade from 16.7.5 to 22.x

Hi Team.
My requirement is to upgrade my existing Documentum server from 16.7.5 to 22.x please let me know is this possible to upgrade direct from 16.7.5 to 22.x, if yes then what approach/steps I have to follow.
