Dummy task timeout value setting problem

Hi,

Im using wft templates for my workflows. I need to set the value of the timeout in MMDDYYYYHHMM format. Problem is the value 090820091010 is getting set as 90820091010. How to overcome this. If there are only 11 digits it is throwing an error.

I'm taking the timeout value from the user using separate select drop downs for month date year hour and minutes. Im not able to take it using textbox because of validations and i cant expect my user to add the preceding 0 always.

What's the problem? Why can't you format it?

my ($mmddyyyy, $hhmm) = (9082009, 510);
my $formatted = sprintf("%08d%04d", $mmddyyyy, $hhmm);

In this sample $formatted evaluates to the String '090820090510'
