Which xml file do you edit to point webtop to a Particular docbase if CS is hared between many Docbases.

You should put all your custom stuff into the custom/app.xml file. I think that the element you are looking for is authentication.docbase (see wdk/app.xml). You will need to copy the entire authentication section into custom/app.xml.
