Core Experience Insights is a Customer Journey Insights application on OpenText Cloud Platform (OCP) that collects valuable data from customer interactions across channels, devices, and applications to visualize the customer journey and provide analysis and insights on customer behavior.
Core Experience Insights is comprised of several APIs that enable developers to receive analysis data of Customer Journeys, which then can be meshed with the organization’s data and visualized in their reporting application.
