List Container Permissions via API

Does anyone know of a way to list the folder permissions using the API? We would like to get a list of the permissions on each container to try and clean things up.

Download the SDK and run the program "MediaBinPermissionsManager.exe".

It is for setting permissions, but also you can select a folder, click on the "Generate Report" button, and the permissions for that folder will be printed to it.
