I am having issues with my reports displaying on AppWorks. On the Dev and QA environments, the platform service keeps shutting down. In production, the dashboard would show but the report would say "The file type is not supported". Usually when that happens, I stop and restart the cluster in the System Console and it all returns back to normal and then the issue returns again. Currently, the report and dashboard is just blank. Is there any tips on what can be done?
