Get Workspace or Folder from SearchDlg

I am unsure how to get the FolderID off the SearchDialog within Sub SearchDlg_OnOK(SearchDlg) when a folder/workspace is selected.

If database/s are selected then I can use:
Dim DB
DB = SearchDlg.GetAttributeByID(imProfileDatabase)

If the search is restricted to a Folder/Workspace, then DB is set to a null value.

There does not seem to be an equivalent 'imProfileFolder' value in the AttributeId Enum table (App A of Worksite Dialogs Dev Guide). There is a imProfileProjectItemSID (=104) but this has a Description of 'Not Used' and generates an error if I try to use it. There is also imProfileLocation, but that is the Location (PC ID) of the CurrentUser.

Similarly if I start to inspect the SearchDlg.NRTSearchParameters I need an Enum value for imProfileFolder (if it existed):

I can not see a property of the SearchDlg object to provide this, similar to the NewProfileDlg.DestinationObject

I'm not 100% sure what the question is, but I'm guessing what you're after is the imProfileContainerID enum value (or rather the nrContainerID value from the legacy AttributeID enum, seeing as that's what the SearchDlg expects)

So, if you are searching at the database level:
dlg.GetAttributeByID(imProfileDatabase) should return a valid IManDatabase
dlg.GetAttributeByID(imProfileContainerID) should return nothing

If you're searching at the folder/workspace level:
dlg.GetAttributeByID(imProfileDatabase) should return nothing
dlg.GetAttributeByID(imProfileContainerID) should return a valid IManFolder

I think this works because the ContainerID concept was introduced with WorkSite 8 (when the iManage app became matter-centric), and SearchDlg pre-dates WorkSite 8. Someone like jny can confirm this!
