Regenerate Alert Box Usability Issue

I am trying to make TST a little more user friendly for my "non-technical" end-users and have some usability issues with generate/regenerate in TeamSite Templating.

The Background
When users close a file without pressing the 'Generate' button, they are forced to deal with an alert box which says: "You have not regenerated the page you started editing. Would you like to regenerate?"

The Gripes
1. The options to respond to this Yes/No question are OK or Cancel. A "non-technical" user is totally flustered by this.
2. If you select OK, you go to the 'Generate' function, not the 'Regenerate' function.
3. If you switch back to the TeamSite GUI and regenerate the page, then close your template, you are still prompted with this message saying that you have not regenerated?!?!?

The Questions
1. Can I customize Templating so that this prompt is never displayed?
2. Can I modify the message in the alert box, or change the OK/Cancel response options?
