In the TeamSite SP2 installation guide it is mentioned to follow the below steps after installation.

--Stop the servletd.
--From the iw-home\install\livesite\install_scripts folder, run the iw_mount_install.bat file. Servletd must be stopped to run this script.
--Start the servletd.

I tried stopping "Interwoven servlet engine" service, and tried to execute the batch. however it is not logging to the path mentioned.

Can anyone let me know what is this servletd (i hope it is apache) service.
I am not sure how to stop or start this service, Please help me with the procedure.

To start and stop servletd:

`iwgethome`/servletd/bin/servletd stop|start.

servletd is your servlet engine service.

Since the previous post indicated that Neats was using Windows 2003, a better instruction would probably be:

C:\> net stop iwservletd
...
C:\> net start iwservletd
