VisualAnnotate error

Hi friends,

When clicked on file->review at the tasks tab under workflow section, I get the error message as follows:

It says: "This file is not part of review process. Click the Reviews button to view the list of old snapshots".
The above error message is displayed just below the VA tool bar.

Workflow used is configurable_author_assignment.wft.

Please help to resolve the issue.
