FAL and a pre-processor class

Hi,

We're looking to implement a FAL using SitePublisher, as our clients are demanding the in-context editing feature. We are mandated by the powers that all the pages we produce use our custom markup.

Since SitePublisher produces its own markup (<div id="ls-row-1">, <div class="ls-row-clr">) , would it be possible to create a preprocessor class that could transform the page so that it will excise SitePublisher's computer generated markup and instead emit markup that complies with our standards?

Technically it may be possible. However, you are getting in the unsupported territory. SP .page structure is subject to change from version to version and it has been -- mucking around with that is NOT supported.
