Unable to instantiate a new WFM

I have exhausted all the steps in guides/webcasts etc and seem to be stuck. Any help/direction will be greatly appreciated.

I have already

1. Created a new .ipm file through modeler.
2. Copied it over to teamsite.Submitted.
3. Setup the config file.
4. Made it active through the workflow_models.xml file.
5. Checked all the setup from the Admin tab in content center.

But when I try to do a "new job" or "submit" action, I am able to see the workflows created with WFT but not the ones created with WFM.

Is there any other config file that needs to be done ?

It sounds like you've gone through the proper steps - but as we cannot see what you actually did - especially with regard to the workflow_models.xml (which I believe is really called available_models.xml) file - it is very difficult for any of us to provide much assistance right now.

Could you post your actual available_models.xml file?
