When we retrieve values from DCR using , thye values are coming in the tpl, how do xml or html file gets created ? Is it automatically, based on the type configured in templating.cfg or do we need to do some coding for the output ?

Please try reading the manuals and getting some training - or at the very least, contact a sales representative who can answer high-level questions with high-level answers.
