Submit taking long time

Hi,

When we try to submit a file in teamsite , it is taking long time to complete.

Any way to debug this issue, we are seeing this issue for the past one week only ..

Any thoughts or any way to trouble shoot

Is it happening for just one of the file or no of files? Did you check the load on the system when you submit a file?

Did you see any logging for submit in the TeamSite logs?

by using the top command,

i can see only this

28116 iwts 16 0 1109m 630m 10m S 85 7.8 2474:04 iwserver.linux

is there any way to find the load on the system.

log does not have much info

But whn i try to submit from command line, it is actually very fast

Try using iwstat -c command to check the load.

hi, finally it got resolved

As a step, we

1. Increased the fs_thread size and cache size, like below
cachesize=400000 based on content size
fs_threadcount= #of CPU x 2
2. Rotated the logs and removed old logs
