Core Communications is available today with OpenText™ Core Process Automation, enabling customers to streamline processes around customer and employee needs. Core Process Automation customers can use Core Communications to design communications that users can select and generate from within Core Process Automation and save as case documents.
Using the Core Communications API, customers can integrate with Core Communications to do the following:
- Provide users with access to the Core Communications Web Client to design communications.
- Save sample driver files that include data to be used in a communication. Customers can then design communications that use the data provided.
- Get information about communications that have been created so an integrated application or its users can select a communication to generate.
- Generate a communication using data provided.
- Open the Interactive (Empower) Editor to personalize a communication before saving.
