Hi @Karen Weir , It is working now Thanks! Another question though, I am confused, does that mean I am using the wrong base url here?

it's the base url that I saw here

also, it was stated in the post you sent
"Hi Mrudhula, your base url for the Capture Service for the US region is correct. Can you try one of the APIs, such as getting a list of document types as shown in the screenshot."

isn't capture service different from core capture? I really appreciate the clarification for this
