Hi all,

Can someone share a processor that cracks dcrs on particular items like and <text> only?<text> only?

Are you looking for a (XSL/TPL) presentation template?

What he needs is an MT preprocessor to filter out certain type of fields from a DCR so that MT can better suggest tags. While MT can use a DCR directly, you get all content tagged, so if you choose a language, en-US would be a keyword, etc.

It is simple to do it for a type of DCR, read the DCR and filter out everything except certain fields. One could write a general purpose one, which would read/parse the DCT, find text area and text fields, & use that to parse the DCR. That would be more difficult.

Thanks Andy! I missed this is posted under MT product line.

Back to original post: you can do it in perl and / or there is a Java API -- whichever one you are comfortable with.
