bulk of temporary files getting created while submitting the DCRs

Hi ,

Whenever I do a submission of DCR on to the staging using iwsubmit or using the default submit workflow a tmp file gets created in the /tmp directory of our unix machine. This tmp doesn't get deleted and resides in /tmp directory the namig pattern on such files are ddtXXXX.tmp where XXXX represents sequential numbers.

This file contains the information about the DCR for ex:-


templatedata/product/general_content/data/hip/us/pearsonhighered/978/0201/544/9780201544350_table_of_contents.xml Modified


This is just happening on our production environment.

Did any body faced this issue before ?

This is most likely the result of some custom code in your workflow - and thus you, or whomever wrote the code, would have to debug it within your environment.
