Warning: D2fsThreadLocal clear Error occurred while Releasing the dfc Session

Hi all,

In D2 Smartview, I found out, since version 23.4 (didn't check with earlier versions) and up to 25.2 (didn't test with 25.4 yet) that I get this waring in the Smartview log file: D2fsThreadLocal clear Error occurred while Releasing the dfc Session

It happens every time I check out a document. I'm using the Content manager plugin, this is mandatory due to some customization. Before you ask, I disabled the customization and it still happens.

The problem is that every time it happens, the DFC session are piling up until there's no more sessions available and I have to restart the services. And it happens that users need most of the time to check out dozen of documents at once

Just in case, I deployed the hotfix hfx_d2sv_25.2_5088770 as I saw it had a newer version of the DCMAppInstaller.msi but it's still the same

I would enable the dfc.diagnostics,resources.enable=true to see where the leak is at. This will give you full stack dump for unreleased sessions which will point to where the session was acquired from but not released. This can point to OOTB code (which would be a bug) or to customization(s).
