You'd have to work it out with your Parent company then. TS Documentation is not available on the open Net

Interesting -- they are willing to share the software (and licenses I am guessing) but not documentation?

Yes, we are using the parent company IW framework, they have customized Teamsite a lot to develop websites and all they have is their company documentation.

Tell them to get you the documentation, get you registered as additional support users (so you can get the docs for yourself), or get someone else to support their sites since they are unwilling to do one of the first two options.
