Service Client - create redirect URL error

Hello!
I'm trying to create a Redirect URL in the Service Client section at the Organization level, as the "Thrust Services Tutorial: Building a Contract Approval application" says. However, I'm getting an error. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
