TinyMCE Broken Images

We upgraded to SP 1 on 671 and now we have issues with Visual Formatter wrecking virtual paths to images and TinyMCE will not show images in the view (only with an x). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It work perfectly fine for us, check the tinymce config file , and post the snippet as how you have enabled your tinymce also post your vfe config. Are there any customizations on your end?
