Display Patches installed

We need to get our prod caught up to test but it has been some time and the previous people did not document. How can we view what patches were installed to 6.7.1 SP1

In CCPro, click on "About > Details". That should give you the information that you are looking for. You can also look at the iwinstall directory.

That does not work. believe it or not, that is broken. Where does it get the info from?

Look at your iwinstall directory -- you can find information in there. DO NOT make changes there.

You can also execute the iwversion command -- that'll get you the version + build number.

I know SP 1 is installed but I would like to know if a patch was installed

what OS are you running on. If it's windows you can look in control panel->add and remove programs and it should show you the various patches installed. If it's unix I can't help you there, but if you say the about->details is broken then it sounds like you should probably contact support.
