in-context-edit to edit the dcr (which has Tabs in it)

Hello,
I am trying to use the in-context-edit to eidt a dcr field. In which it is loading the dcr, but getting an null error and not getting the field to edit. Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached the appearance xsl, content xml and in-context-edit statements I tried(none of them worked).

DCR in iwov format worked. I was able to edit the field. But having hard time with this xml formatted dcr.
