issue Deploying to Tables having Primary Key/ Foreign key relationships

Hi all,
I am deploying to multiple tables from a single DCR where each is replicant is inserted as a record. Tables have the following Parent child relationships

Table 1 has one primary key
Table 2 has a composite key as a primary key and a foreign key which is primary key of table 1

all is fine when try inserting, all the tables update succesfully, but when i delete a replicant and deploy i am getting the following error

I have tried using enforce-ri="yes" and ri-constraint-rule="
ON DELETE CASCADE " for foriegn key parent group element

Has anyone faced similar issue before?

Environment : Teamsite 6.7.2 and SQL Server 2005
