Is there an existing command that can be invoked to create .page files (via the command line)?

This will help bypass issues with having to determine the various unique IDs in the .page files.

On my end, I would then have a script (which I will build) to populate these "shell" .page files, with the content. I could running my script directly on the cms server with the .page files, or download all the .page files, adding my content through a script, and then reuploading the .page files).

If a command line command doesn't exist, is it possible to code something to do this?

I really don't want to create +10,000 pages in SitePublisher by hand.
