For the replicants:
my @list = iwpt_dcr_list('Your Access String');

For multi-select, perhaps something like:
my @list = split(/\,\s/, iwpt_dcr_value('Your Access String'));

I believe Boris' second example should work, perhaps with a slight modification:

my @list = split(/\,\s*/, iwpt_dcr_value('Your Access String'));

I'm not sure you need the escape (\) before the comma.

Whoops - sorry, I missed the word "not" in the quote above - it would help if you posted what the value does come back as

The multi-select value returned in presentation template is not separated by commas.

Check Tag's "delimiter" Attribute, you may be using something other than comma.
Here is an excerpt from the "TeamSite® FormsPublisher Developer’s Guide", Release 6.7.1
( Applies to both checbox and select Tags )

Attributes:
• delimiter: Specifies the delimiting character used when data from
all check boxes is concatenated by the data capture subsystem when
saving an XML data record. The default delimiter is a comma (,)

Boris, I am using TS 6.5 not 6.7.1 and there is no delimiter other than the default value.

Are you using a multi-select list - or a series of single-select lists, checkboxes and/or radio buttons?

Thus far we've been assuming (I believe based on what you posted) that you were using a multi-select list.
