Dear all

Is Opendeploy base server 5.0.0 (solaris) is compatible with Opendeploy receiver 5.5.1 (windows) ?

May I install Opendeploy base server 5.5.1 with Teamsite 5.0 on solaris platform ?

No - OpenDeploy 5.0.0 is not (at least officially) compatible with any other release of OpenDeploy 5.x.

While OpenDeploy 5.5.1 Base Server will send to an OpenDeploy 5.0.1 Receiver - OpenDeploy 5.0.1 Base Server will *not* send to an OpenDeploy 5.5.1 Receiver.

It is strongly recommended that if you upgrade - you do it all the way to OpenDeploy 5.5.1 SP2 - and that in general, you should always upgrade the Base Server first, then the Receivers.

Missed the end of your initial post - sorry.

OpenDeploy 5.5.1 will work with TeamSite 5.0.1 - I'm not sure about TeamSite 5.0.0 (probably not QA'd nor officially supported) - and if you plan to use TeamSite based deployments (sourceTeamsite vs. sourceFilesystem) you will need to configure the Base Server to know that it is talking to an older version of TeamSite.
