Does anyone know of a way to create and export a report listing all the assets in a particular folder?

You can use the views that are provided as part of the MediaBin Repository database.

Both the "ReportAssetInventory" and "ReportAssetList" views have a "repository_path" column. Using this and some SQL string functions, it should be pretty easy to get a SQL statement that does what you want. That way you can get the count of assets in folder or count of assets in a folder and all the child folders (if you want).

These views are installed directly in your database (SQL Server or Oracle). If you do not see them in the appropriate database management tool, contact support and they will be able to give you the scripts to create them.
