OD License Expired---Renew Process

stya

Hi All,

I got an error in OD and it says OD License expired.

so in order to get it renewed, where can I find the older license details

like when it got purchased and its validity details, expiry details....will it be

stored in any file.If yes then which file is it.?

And what is the procedure to apply for renewal.

Thanks in advance,
stya

od-home/etc/OD.lic file is your license file.

Generate a new one from support or contact your sales rep.

The information about when it was purchased, etc. should be in a contract that your organization signed when they did purchase it. Otherwise someone in your organization will have to contact Autonomy Interwoven Sales to get a copy of that information.

The information used when generating the now-expired license (for OD 6.x at least) would be, as vpatel indicated, in ODHOME/etc/OD.lic (it's a text file, so you can just look at the contents)
