getting data from database in DCR

Hi all

Can somebody tell how to add data from a database table to a datacapture Form. Should I need to modify the datacapture.cfg instead of simply writing "iw-value"

"iw-value" is related to PT and not DCT.

Your question makes very little sense. What exactly do you mean by "Add Table to Datacapture..."?
Further, "iw-value" Element does not exist in TS. "iw_value" that does exist belongs to the
presentation template, not DCT or DCR.

Start here: "TeamSite® FormsPublisher Developer’s Guide". Pay attention to the "inline" Tag, see if that helps.
If it doesn't try to clarify your question within TS Framework, perhaps somebody may be willing to help

Also you can check for callserver function that you can call from js when the DCR Loads.The callserver function can instantiate an ipl script which will connect with the DB and fetch the required values and insert them into the DCR on load.

Trying to explain how to use a call server to someone who can't tell a DCT from a TPL is hopeless. :-)
