Job Tracking using Webservices JobTracker

I am using C# and Mediabin Webservices api for creating a script to download and upload a set of assets.I was planing to queue a set of download jobs and use the Job Tracker to track if the Job is finished or Not. I do not find any webserices api related to this. I can find a set of C# interface apis telling CreateJobTracker,AddtoJobTracker,StartJobTracker etc in the API documentation however I am not finding them in the WebServices method call. Could anyone help me by giving a sample code for C# and webservices.
