SAX error while previewing Datacapture template

Dear all:

I am trying to pull a set of information from a source and presenting it as a drop down list in my Template(DCT) using the command.

when my source contain '&' instead of 'and' the DCT using the callout is throwing the follwing Error :

"SAX Parse: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference"

On the other hand i have manually compiled it by iwperl and is working abstly fine and even showing the "&" , the problem lies only if i use it in the DCT via

am i missing any basic here , suggetsion for all are much appreciated .

use "& amp ;" instead, without spaces.
