regarding iwutild_cmdout.log

We want to change the location of iwutild_cmdout.log.

As of now it is in /iw-home/local/logs/iwutild_cmdout.log.

Want to move it to the new location : /Logs/Teamsite/iwutild_cmdout.log

updated in the /etc/iwutild.cfg, after the stop and start as well, the file is still writing in the old location

In order to write to new location, which file is to be updated?.

What TeamSite version and OS are you on?

From your path, it seems you are on some unix flavor.

You can try to change /etc/iw.cfg [location] section and running iwreset -a.

iwlogs=/opt/interwoven/iw-home/local/logs

After doing changes in iw.cfg have you restarted Teamsite server (/etc/init.d/iw.server stop|start)?, not just`iwgethome`/bin/iwreset -a restart your teamsite server using iw.server stop|start, as well, this should resolve your issue.

Infact , after the TS server is restarted ( iw.server stop and iw.server start) , the iwutild.log and iwutild_cmdout.log are not writing in new location.
Any way I figured out for the iwutild.log

Once I updated in the /iw-home/etc/iwutild.cfg, the iwutild_cmdout.log is getting created in the new log location
