Failed to execute when trying to generate metadata

When i am trying to generate metadata from parks.doc file(which is situated underC:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\examples\testcontent) through CIViewer or iwgenmetadata command, it is showing following error

ogram Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\processors\CLT\filePath.pl but it is failing.
